Embodied Elements Healing is the living, breathing, example of my life's practice and my offering to the world as a Somatic Practitioner. This is a truly authentic space for healing the mind-body relationship. Through compassionate somatic work, we can locate root causes of trauma, mental health matters, and stress in the body. The goal is to find resolution on a body-based level, to find more freedom and embodiment. To untangle the knots in our fascia that keep us bracing, holding, and unable to open up to life.
Nervous system health, emotional health, and stress reduction blended with a touch of creativity and embodied movement- that's the magic that is here. Support, guidance, and healing in raw & beautiful ways.

Services & Offerings
As a Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner, my offerings include one on one somatic sessions, workshops, audio recorded guided practices, and gatherings for all that emphasize mind-body connectivity & embodiment.
During a session we may dip into various tools & techniques, such as- breath work, guided visualizations, mindfulness exercises, somatic touch massages, somatic movement and dance.
Keep in mind that somatic sessions could potentially surface old traumas, emotions, and experiences to the forefront. My place is to be a guide through each experience, inviting a deeper curiosity, awareness, and safety.
In this space, whether it is a group setting or 1 on 1 container, you will be provided an educational and easeful space to connect to the different elements of your being. You will be equipped with tools to face daily stressors, while learning how to remain regulated & grounded.
