3-Month Somatic Healing Journey

Welcome to Embodied Element's 3 Month Somatic Healing journey, including 6 in depth sessions of somatic healing with me (Avrie)- a tender, warm, supportive, and safe container for you to unravel into your truly healed and whole feminine essence. Over the course of 3 months, you will be guided into the wisdom that is encoded in your body, through deep listening, & softening of the armor that has shielded you from a full-bodied healing experience. I believe in a gentle, non-invasive approach to healing trauma, patterns, and pain. So, with that being said, we will begin slowly getting to know your inner landscape, past traumas, current struggles, and present feelings and locate the somatic symptoms that might be altering your quality of life. There will be no force in this process & an undertone of a soft feminine approach. After I am more familiar with your inner world, I will begin to guide you through specific techniques that I feel will benefit you based on your personal feedback. This is a creative & collaborative healing experience! As your somatic healing guide, I will resource you with practices & tools that you can begin to integrate into your daily life & routines. Together we will intentionally put together an Embodied Somatic Healing Routine that is personalized to you and your own individual energy. I created this 3 month somatic healing journey to support the women who feel called to embark on this journey with me. Each of our elements (mind, body, heart, spirit) are woven with stories of our past, but glimmers of an embodied new beginning. I am here to be a guide in accessing that wisdom and healing that is, and has always been yours. Reminders will still be sent before each somatic session.
